Health Monitor - Continuous Background Analysis

Automatically dial emergency services and emergency contacts of users choice in the event of suspected cardiac or respiratory emergency as indicated by a blood oxygen level of 90% or less and or a heart rate of 50 bpm or less or more than 175 bpm. This analysis is done continuously in the background without needing the app to be launched. This app is specifically designed for the health sensors on the Apple Watch as well as data the watch imports into Health.
